Hump day!

Got up and hit the gym this morning for strength training. Yes i slept good last night. Thank goodness!!!
No auntie tina it’s not the coffee lol. I’m drinking less than i ever have.

The gym was hard but awesome. I’ve lost another lbs!! Woohoo. I can feel the muscles developing and i am loving my body and starting to feel soooo good!.

My gym bag and blender bottle are pretty much a constant in my car these days hahaha.

I went grocery shopping when i was hungry and got Gardettos or whatever that snack is so i limited my portions.

Lunch was tomato, basil, and mozzarella on this delicious bread from the bakery at Fred Meyers. I also got some aged smoked cheddar YUM!!!!

There was still sun when i got home so Artemis and i went for a little walk run

Had the second half of my leftover salmon for dinner

And now its off to bed so i can hit the  gym even earlier than normal because my trainer instructed me to swim AND spin before work.

Woooohoooo another weekend has arrived!

Not much to report here. I am taking it easy and resting me body

Iced my knee tonight. Tomorrow i swim and hopefully by Sunday I’m ready to run again. I think I’ll tape my knee up to be safe.

Should make a delicious dinner tomorrow and Sunday night.

That and several episodes of Scandal were my Friday night……i know, i party too hard.

I had a suprise on my desk this morning!!!! Groot!!!! This little guy is so cute and i always played with my co-workers so she bought me one!!!!!! Probably because i threatened to steal hers…………….

This is part of tomorrow lunch but i just wanted a little taste test………..you ready? This is coleslaw mix from the grocery store and……top ramen!!! With some green onions sprinkles on top. Not too shabby.

I started a little lettuce garden. I’m not sure i filled the pot enough though. Guess we will find out.

Thursday- AM spin class

Friday- OFF

Saturday- Not sure yet, it will either be a hike or Spin class and swim at the gym

Sunday- Yoga and run 5min, walk 1:55 X 5 miles

Good Afternoon!!!

Another Monday has come. Sorry i didnt post my weekend wrap-up. I dealt with some drama last night and was just not in the mood to post anything.

Monday- PM run: run 5 min, walk 1.5 min X 6

Tuesday- AM strength training

Wednesday- AM Swim

Thursday- AM Spin class

Friday-OFF

Saturday- AM spin class

Sunday- AM Yoga, PM run: run 4.5 min, walk 1.5 min X 9-10 (whatever it takes to get to 4 miles.

Wednesday Wonderings

Good Morning!!!!!!

I spent most of the weekend relaxing and feeling down about my ex who i hung out with Friday night. But i got over it. I spent the weekend on the couch relaxing and bindged on scandal, i am now halfway through season 3.

I opened one of my small coffee samples i bought from Hawaii to try this weekend……freaking delicious!!!!!

Tuesday i had a good strength workout and i am a little sore today. This morning i did my swim workout, i am sure as the day goes on i will get more sore hahaha.

Not all the way awake……have a happy hump day!!

Mid-week exhaustion

This is going to be a short post because i am exhausted and want to pass out.

I did 3 workouts in a 24 hour period and with spinning tomorrow it will be 4 in 48 hours so sleep is vital.

I felt the exhaustion in the pool this morning. I didn’t have my normal stamina and got out of breath faster.

In about 2 hours she ate half of it. Woman’s a beast! My friend B said her dog takes a dew months to eat one!

I was good this morning and got oatmeal from Starbucks instead of the crap i normally get…….

Why have i not done this before?! Its delicious!!!!!

Though when i get back from hawaii i need to come up with a better routine because not just coffee but also breakfast at Starbucks 3+ times a week is a little too rich for my blood.

Ok and now its pass out time.

Monday- run 3 miles

Now Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday aren’t locked into a plan yet. I do know 1 day i will have a strength training session, 1 day i will have a training session in the pool and if my trainer and i can work i schedule out i will hopefully have either Tuesday or Thursday morning free so i can go to a spin class before work.

I need to make up for the lack of weekend workouts.

Friday- OFF

Saturday- spin class amd run around the dog park with Artemis.

Sunday-Yoga and run 3 miles.
