Tuesday- AM strength workout with my trainer, PM run 1 min walk 2 min x10
Wednesday- AM swim workout with trainer
Thursday- AM spin class, PM run 2 min, walk 2 min x 7.
Friday- OFF
Saturday- AM spin class
Sunday- AM yoga class, PM run 1 min, walk 2 for 3 miles
