revamp my diet and STICK to it!

How did this go? I’m losing about 1 lbs a week

Drop two clothing sizes, go from a 10 to a 6. Should be inching toward that 6. ??? I am inching toward an 8 lol

Stop overspending!!!! Still keeping no money on my, $20/month going to accts, at least $100/month going into savings Money saved:almost $50

Take a few minutes every day to sit in quiet reflection, meditate, and do something spiritual. 10 minutes a day, full moon and new moon and celebrate May Day!! Which is today. Out of 31 days I did: I celebrated the new moon.

Continue to work on and grow my relationship with Brandon. Outing every weekend, cook dinner together, and garden together

Joined Beach Body!!! Pretty stoked about it! I got all the workouts on demand for a year, all the accessories for the 2B mindset nutrition program and signed up for the monthly shakes.

Date night!!!! We saw avengers infinity war. It was really good in my opinion.

Monday Motivation**May 28, 2018

If you are looking for a healthy cookbook Skinny Bitch is it! So far I love every recipe I have tried out of it. It is vegan but don’t let that scare you, the food is GOOD!!!! It is totally for the masses not just for Vegans.

It’s been another great workout week for me! I took last Sunday off then did a workout everyday Monday-Thursday. Friday we went camping so I got a little bit of a workout setting up camp which was about 1/3 of a mile from our car and we hiked it a few times on trails.

Saturday was great and we did a little hiking then the day took a terrible turn when my dog ran away (more to come in another post) and we spent hours looking for her. Thankfully it turned out ok in the end.

Sunday- we Did a little walking around and broke down camp and the evening was spent relaxing after an extremely emotional and exhausting ordeal.

I got a new watch strap…..after 2 straight years mine was starting to smell a little funky.

Our new bed came and he got it all put together!!!!

Did a puzzle with my mom while she was in town.

Not a bad sight for my morning commute.

Met my friend Amber in Weed, CA for a little girl’s trip

We spent some time hunting a killer.

Drank a little wine and had a lot of girl talk.

Did some hiking

Had some great views.

Northern California wants to be it’s own state.

Trip to southern California

It’s been a minute since I posted, a lot has been going on here so there will be a few posts coming.

First let’s talk about food. Found some food carts near my work.

Then it was off to cali!

The main reason we were in Cali was the wedding of my oldest friend! I was honored to be a bridesmaid.

Then we did some family visiting. He met several family members for the first time.

Then it was back home and back to real life.

1) Start running again

2) eat healthy

3) Stop buying things until you organize what you have

Plant a minimum of 3 plants a week.
