Tuesday- AM strength training with trainer
Wednesday- AM swimming
Thursday- AM spinning
Friday- OFF
Saturday- AM Spinning, PM run 4 min, walk 2 min x 5
Sunday- AM yoga, PM Run 4 miles, run 4 min, walk 2 min
what does your week look like?
I hope your week is going well so far…looks like you will stay busy! I am a one-trick pony the only thing I do is bike, it is the only form of exercise that I find enjoyable, haha. So I plan on biking a lot this week 😉
