What does your workout week look like?
So the guy made me salmon with an herb sauce, salad and mashed potatoes. Oh and a champagne drink that was yummy.
That’s from google, i haven’t subjeted him to photos for the blog yet lol.
And i lost 2 hours of my life watching pandorm

This morning i got up and headed to the airport to fly back Reno for my friends wedding.
We hit some turbulence which was a little scary. Its amazing how the older i get the more turbulance my flights seem to hit, or maybe it just sticks with me more now.
I enjoyed lunch at the airport
Got MOD pizza, it was really quick and yummy, i liked the super thin dough.
Reno is so classy isn’t it? Hahahahaha
Had to pick up some shoes for the wedding and spent some time with my friend. Now im in my room relaxing, watchig American ninja warrior lol
I had dinner delivered because i dont have a car. I chose the cheapest of my options but tried to be healthy and fill up on mostly the salad. And ive got enough pizza for the rest of my trip lol
And now i need to reserve a car to rent for tomorrow.

Have you ever rented a car? This will be my first time.
Its been a good week, though the last 2 days i have been super bloated, like painful and uncomfortable. I think my body is kicking my butt for not eating very healthy lately so its time to change that.
Not eating healthy has made me super tired at work. Last week and this week i caved and got a 5 hour energy and nursed it for a few days.
Today i have been eating fruit from my organics to you box
And activia hoping that would help
I didnt do meal prep this week so i got some frozen dinners
Not great for me but better than fast food. Also smaller portions on my stomach.
Speaking of food though…..the guy is cooking me dinner tonight!!!! How sweet!
Ill let you know how his cooking is hahahahaha.

Monday i went to dinner and a movie why my new guy. We saw ‘vacation’ i thought it was hilarious! Not quite as classic as the original but still really funny.
Tuesday the amazing new guy came over and put together my new bed frame and my roommates treadmill. He spent 2 hours putting things together for me and my roomie. He is soooo wonderful!
Today i enjoy thr leftover candy from our movie lol
I have drank more high calorie coffee drinks than i should
But on the plus side i went to the gym tonight and did my 3 miles!
Then i hit the pool and did 4 or 6 laps, i can’t remember. I know that doesnt sound like a lot but ive only done 12 as a max before and that was not having run first. I’m working back into it.

Well my roommate and i took the plunge!! We forked over the money and joined 24 hour fitness.
We have been swimming twice so far.
Monday-Off (and i have a date!!!)
Tuesday-3 miles and a swim

Saturday-5 miles then i fly to Reno for my good friends wedding this weekend!!!
Hi!!!! It was another crazy week with people being out sick, people on vacation and training. It like i didnt even have time to breathe at work this week.
On Monday i rocked my race t-shirt.
Ate lots of things i shouldn’t.
Enjoyed my frittatas i made with salsa on them.
The coffee date i had on Thursday turned into 3 more dates and i am completely smitten. Seriously amazing man. Brought me my favorite flowers for our dinner date
Sent a bouquet to my work the next day.
And left a bouquet and starbucks coffee for my as a surprise on my car Saturday morning when he was on his way out of town.
Saturday my roommate and i signed up at the 24 hour fitness here and went swimming.
On sunday a group of friends went paintballing, my first time ever
Im sold, i totally loved it!!!
But i ended up with some wicked bruises/welts.
Just under mu left shoulder blade
On my mid right thing.
I also have a crazy bug bite on my upper left thigh that is killing me.
Sunday night C and i went for a quick swim at the gym and now its bed time and back to work tomorrow!
Luckily i have a date tomorrow night with the amazing guy to look forward to 😄

This is my first Agatha Christie novel!
It was originally published under the name Ten Little Indians.
This is a true good old fashion who dun it, there is little to no gore, no romance, no sex, just plain set em up and knock em down. I think a lot of people my age and younger wont like it for its simplicity and slow build but it most definitely will not be my last Agatha Christie novel. I finished the book at about 10:30 at night, the book kept me guessing about the killer the whole way through and i admit i was a little paranoid about my sliding door being open before i finished it and found out the killer hahahahaha.
The only downfall was that my book had one of those unique printing errors.
I dont know if you can see it but my book goes from page 178 to page 83. A chunk of my book repeated itself so i missed about 25 pages and 2 murders lol.
Overall i enjoyed the book and never saw the killer coming. She’s not referred to as the queen of mystery for nothing!

So on Saturday i ran the Shoc 5K to support ovarian cancer research.
We started and ended at the Gladstone Harley dealer! Thank you Harley Davidson!
The route was really nice, went through some foresty, shaded areas.
There were 2 water stations on the 5k which was really nice but i wish they had spread them farther apart, i was dying for 2 miles then got two water stations in the last mile.
Other than that i liked it.
We got breakfast afterwards! Pancakes, eggs and sausage. There were also bagels and bananas and coffee and water.
Crossing the finish line!!! I ran it in 44:46, which was a 14:28/mile average. That is by no means fast but i am happy with it.
I really liked that not long after i crossed the finish line i got text telling me my time. That was awesome!
Also got an email with a finishers certificate. Personally i reallt liked that.
I’ll be rocking my race shirt at work on Monday 😄
Overall i enjoyed the race, i could tell it was a little bit of a lower budget/smaller operation but i still really enjoyed it. I think I’ll be back next year!!!
Oooh and i got one of the sponsors to evaluate my running gait and tell me i had good shoes for my running! Yay!!!

Friday night i finished season 6 of True Blood and hit the hay early.
Saturday morning i got up early becasue i had my 5k race to run!
I’ll review the race for you tomorrow.
My awesome roommate C, came and cheered me on at my race!
The rest of Saturday was spent relaxing and watching the Amazing race until i got tired of it and switched the Long way Round hahahahaha!
I made frittatas for the week while watching TV
They exploded a little bit while cooking but still taste good!!!!
I put 4 in the freezer to pull out during the week and left 2 in the fridge for Monday.
Sunday i again got up early, C and i picked up B and met J to go hiking!!! (I sound like an episode of gossip girl hahahahaha) .
We got a delicious breakfast first then went on a hike that was only like a mile total lol but it was crazy beautiful and crazy to get to. You had to climb a wall of trees and wade through some pools.
Yea we climbed that. It was fun, we felt very bad ass and adventurous.

It was freezing!!! But so fun!
It was definitely worth it but very crowded which suprised me. People had their dogs and kids and people were in jeans and stuff. The tree climbing was intense.
Got some food at food carts, came home and relaxed a little then went to see the new mission impossible with my roommates. Whew!!! Active weekend! But so much fun!!!
