Monday Motivation**August 10, 2015


Happy Monday!!!

Well my roommate and i took the plunge!! We forked over the money and joined 24 hour fitness.

We have been swimming twice so far.

Monday-Off (and i have a date!!!)
Tuesday-3 miles and a swim
Wednesday-weights and a bike ride or swim
Thursday-4 miles and a swim
Saturday-5 miles then i fly to Reno for my good friends wedding this weekend!!!
Sunday-Her wedding!!!
