Post workout crazy hair
This was a harder week for me, for whatever reason I was EXHAUSTED this week. Everyday was a struggle and I ended up working out 4 out of 7 days. Not my best week but I will take it. I still worked out more days than I didn’t.

New favorite!!!! Chocolate shakology, frozen strawberries, milk, a smidge of sugar free vanilla creamer, a little coffee (in my life there is no such thing as too much coffee) and some water to thin it out…..tastes like a chocolate milkshake!!!! Soooooo good!!!!

I worked out everyday except Saturday, I just needed a lazy sit on my butt all day kind of day and i LOVED it!
But I am loving working out and feeling amazing!

Another great week!!! I worked out Tuesday- Sunday!!! I did my 21 day fix workout everyday and stayed pretty close to being on track. I’m feeling great!!!
The goals for the year broken down for this month:
revamp my diet and STICK TO IT!!!!
Drop two clothing sizes, go from a 10 to a 6. Should be at a 6 or about to be.
Stop overspending!!!! Continue not keeping money on me, adding to accounts and adding to savings
Take a few minutes every day to sit in quiet reflection, meditate, and do something spiritual. 10 min/day, full and new moon and holidays
Continue to work on and grow my relationship with Brandon. 1 outing a week and 1 meal a week
Read 1 non-school book a month

If you are looking for a healthy cookbook Skinny Bitch is it! So far I love every recipe I have tried out of it. It is vegan but don’t let that scare you, the food is GOOD!!!! It is totally for the masses not just for Vegans.
It’s been another great workout week for me! I took last Sunday off then did a workout everyday Monday-Thursday. Friday we went camping so I got a little bit of a workout setting up camp which was about 1/3 of a mile from our car and we hiked it a few times on trails.
Saturday was great and we did a little hiking then the day took a terrible turn when my dog ran away (more to come in another post) and we spent hours looking for her. Thankfully it turned out ok in the end.
Sunday- we Did a little walking around and broke down camp and the evening was spent relaxing after an extremely emotional and exhausting ordeal.
I am feeling great!!!!
I joined beach body last week and got a coach to help keep me motivated. I worked out 6 days last week and started tracking my nutrition and weight yesterday.
All in all it is going very well! I am excited to see progress!
I have actually not done terrible the last weekish.
Last weekend I was in Cali with my friend and we went on a 1.75ish mile walk on Friday and a 3 mile hike on Saturday and during the week Brandon and I went on 3 runs.
It’s been a minute since I posted, a lot has been going on here so there will be a few posts coming.
First let’s talk about food. Found some food carts near my work.

The main reason we were in Cali was the wedding of my oldest friend! I was honored to be a bridesmaid.

Then we did some family visiting. He met several family members for the first time.
My family loves to play tile rummy.
Then it was back home and back to real life.
