Weekend Catch-up

Hi!!!!!!!

It’s Tuesday!! After today we are like 1/3 through the work week!!!!

I didnt post over the weekend but here is how it went.

Friday night i went over to my friend Sarah’s and we had Papa Murphy’s pizza and watched Hot Pursuit, (i know i am behind lol) it was super cute. ( I need to remember to return it to redbox lol.

Saturday Carra (roommate) and i hit the gym and did the elliptical then i had a great lazy day, binged on “How to get away with murder” and did laundry.

Sunday Carra and i went to a yoga class at 24 hour fitness…not bad for a gym class. Then went to a bakery/cafe in SW Portland that was freaking phenomenal!

I had an egg and cheese sandwich on like a cibatta roll with this tomato onion relish, super good!!!!

Then i finished ‘how to get away with murder’ season 1 and caught up on this season so far. I am totally addicted. Did some more laundry and some grocery shopping.

Sunday night i went over to the BF’s house and he made me dinner, he just signed up for blue apron and made this salmon dish with a farro salad…….holy hanna, it was delicous. I am so signing up for Blue Apron.

I still haven’t gone a corn maze and my time is running out!!!!!!

Yesterday i got my firat organicstoyou box since being home.

Monday Motivation**June 1, 2015

Happy Monday everyone!!!

After a long weekend i figure it is good to get back on track with fitness.

I love pinterest for fitness motivation.

Last week i did my bikini body workouts but i missed a day or two due to moving and today i start work back at my great job so i need to re-learn how to fit my workouts into a 9-5 job….or 8:30-5:30 as it would be and getting to deal with traffic on my slight commute. Wish me luck! Ill keep you posted!

Monday Motivation**May 25, 2015

Howdy all!!!!

The best way to keep my goal of being fit again is to keep it in the forefront of my mind. I already talked about putting motivational pictures on my phone, which i like most people look at a million times a day, and that is going great.

Now i am taking it a step further. I am setting up a reward system.

This is obviously to help me lose my initial weight that i have gained back and then some.

And to keep me going long after that.

I think this will be a great way to buy new fitness gear and other things i need to stay motivated to stay in shape.

Another thing i need to do but haven’t done yet is set up a motivation board. These seem tl be insanely helpful. Since i haven’t done it yet i pulled some examples from google to give to and idea. They can range from simple tl complex, whatever you need to motivate you.
