Tuesday: PM strength then 2 miles fast (11:30) and .2 mile hills x 6 at a 3.5 incline
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: PM strength and 3.75 miles @ tempo (12:30)
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Spin class then swim 700m
Sunday: 9 easy miles then yoga

Ahh I’m all about the yoga at the moment! I need to get out running more, but in between job hunting, temping and generally trying to keep my shit together, that’s easier said than done! x
