Monday-AM workout with trainer (completed)
Tuesday-AM spin and swim
Wednesday- AM swim with trainer and PM run. 2-3miles
Thursday-AM spin and swim
Friday- OFF
Saturday- run 1 shakeout mile
Sunday- 10k
