Monday- first training session post surgery at 7:30pm!!!!
Tuesday- 45 min on recumbent bike that we have at our house.
Wednesday-off (want to make sure I’ve kicked the cold and don’t over do it)
Thursday- training 7pm
Saturday-2.5 miles run with Artemis (my dog)
Sunday- long walk with Artemis
I am starting slow but I am back!!!!!!
