Good morning!!!

Monday- AM strength training, PM yoga video

Tuesday-AM spin class, PM 1 miles run

Wednesday- AM swim with trainer, PM core work

Thursday- AM spin class, PM 1 miles run

Friday- PM core work (basically active rest day)

Saturday- AM spin class, afternoon run 4 miles

Sunday- Run 5 miles, swim 800 meters
