No workouts happened last week, though I did garden for about an hour on Saturday and am really feeling it in the back of my thighs, wow. I am actually sore, it’s been awhile.
But now marathon training starts in earnest because we are down to about 3.5 months. On the schedule today is a nice 2 miles. I can do that.
Heading to the phone store after work first because my phone decided to crap out, of course, then on to the gym then home.
I move this weekend!!!!
