Monday Motivation**April 18th,2016

This morning i did a strength workout with my trainer than ran 3 miles

Tuesday: spin class and swim

Wednesday: swim with my trainer and maybe run 2 miles

Thursday: spin amd swim

Friday: OFF

Saturday: run 8 miles. I might have to break it up onto 6-7 in the AM and 1-2 in the PM

Sunday: OFF
