Howdy!
Yesterday was back to work after the weekend.
I’m having a hard time right now. I’ve been very up and down lately with my mood. I feel like i am constantly fighting off depression, thank goodness for working out.

Hope you feel better! Exercising will definitely help, but you know what? Some days just suck sometimes lol. Just never let a bad day take over, you always have tomorrow 🙂 the more you exercise and love yourself though, the better your attitude will be and even bad days will become easier! Good luck dear!

You can do it!!! Maybe it’s the winter blues. You could try a SAD light. They are saying up here that they are having more sunny days than ever before. I tell them that WA is breaking me in slowly. lol I told David if I really felt bad, I would buy a SAD light or fly to SO CAL!!! There are supposed to be natural pills you can get at health food stores, maybe Trader Joe’s that help with it too. Don’t know what they are called though, just heard there are some.
Forgot my PS. Love Pippa’s name. Makes me think of princess Kate’s sister, Pippa.
I am doing better already. Hahahahahaha! Of course that is where you would go with Pippa, i am sure she hasn’t hear that a million times.
