Happy Friday!!!!!
Today was a pretty chill day for me. Our receptionist at work retired today so we got lunch catered
I pretty much never pass up free food. But i kept it vegetarian and tried to make it healthy. There were leftovers so i got to make a burrito to take home for dinner, and i even managed to stay pretty close to my daily calorie goal.
Today i signed up for technically 4 races but one is a 3 race series.
This one is a three 5k race series that I’m really excited about. It’s one 5k a month for 3 months at the same location so you can watch your time hopefully increase.
This one is a 10k trail run that looks awesome! So that gives me 1 race a month through March starting a week from tomorrow!
Tomorrow i am taking my first spinning class ….ever!!!! Well see how it goes!

The trail run looks amazing! One of my 2016 goals is to run more trail- living in Central London, that’s not the easiest, so I definitely need that commitment!
