Monday-hitting the pool tonight with my trainer. Its great cross training for running and we are going to work on my freestyle stoke because eventually i want to so triathlons.
Tuesday- 3 miles
Wednesday-strength training with my trainer
Thursday- 6 miles
Friday-OFF
Saturday or Sunday- 3 miles
What do your workouts look like this week?
Got up at 4am to go to gym with David. This is a first for me!!!! Got there at 4:25. Did the bike for about 11 min. Very uncomfortable. Kept sliding forward on seat even after adjusting. Will need to adjust it better next time. Learning LOL Then got on treadmill. That was great cause it had it’s own Dish tv. Turned on the tv and I was a happy camper. Forgot to look at time but I know it had to be over 30 min cause I was watching HGTV home remodel show that was an hour long and I came in at about the 1/2 way point, that show ended and the next one just started when David said he was ready to go. We got home at 5:30 am.
Yay for the workout mama!!!!
My workout schedule looks like a lot of hot yoga, and then maybe some swimming, cycling and rowing. I’ve finally been cleared for a few more forms of exercise! Woo!!
