Tuesday- strength workout
Wednesday- Swim workout
Thursday- spin class
Friday- run 2 min walk 2 min x7
Saturday- spin class
Sunday- yoga class, run 3 miles

Sorry for the week off. I needed some rest after my vacation hahahahaha
