Weekend Wrap up

And another weekend comes to an end. What idiot thought up the 5 day work week with only 2 days off?

Friday’s hair held up to take me through Saturday spin class :mrgreen: and made it to the dog park for the 15 min that C and i managed to walk in the pouring rain before throwing in the towel.

Still loving my last purchase from fabletics. These great long pants.

Yep after spin class that totally happened. Protien, recovering and a mocha all blended together in my blender bottle.

Pulled out an old bad boy i bought at the rock amd roll half expo in 2014. This great massager that uses like electrodes or something.

I slept all wrong on my neck. Used it Saturday and Sunday.

Major sugar craving Saturday night. This is how i handled it.

Sunday Mornings awsome breakfast. Eggs, veggies and cheese on sourdough toast with a little salsa on top.

Lunch was grilled cheese and a salad.

Used my heart rate monitor for the first time.

It linked to my garmin while I was running to track my treadmill workout.

I saved my workout and it stored to my phone. Yes i ran at snail speed. Actually i did intervals. My best one was 8:24. My worst was like 19:30 LOL.
