  1. Sounds like the perfect weekend! Mine has been fairly busy (but in a good way). I got a lot of workouts in (Cardio + Powerlifting on Fri- not the most efficient combo as my legs were knackered by the time I got to the lifts, and then running with a friend on sat). I’m tempted to go for a run later today but tbh i’m mildly hungover and also in need of a rest day. PJ day it is!
