Monday- 7:30pm training appt…..bringing my mom along!!

Tuesday- probably off because wehave plans

Wednesday- cardio

Thursday-7pm trainer appt…..again brining my mom lol



Sunday- recovery

What does your workout week look like?

How was your diet this weekend?
Mine wasn’t very good lol
