Tuesday- PM calisthenics on the beach
Wednesday- swim @ north shore, run on the beach; run 2 min walk 2 min x7
Thursday- run on the beach; run 2 min walk 2 min x 7, hike & snorkling
Friday- run 4 miles on the beach; run 2 min walk 2 min, swim
Saturday- 8:30am spin (if it doesnt conflict with plans) swim and surf
Sunday- swim of have time before flight.
I hopefully have a fun filled active week ahead.
