Happy Monday!!!!

Today is happily an off day for me.

Tuesday-5:30am strength with my trainer

Wednesday-2 miles and swimming

Thursday-7pm strength withvmy trainer

Friday-3 or 4 miles

Saturday or Sunday- 8-9 miles.

What do your workouts look like this week?

7 yeas ago today my dad died. I will love and miss you forever dad. I hope I am making you proud.
