Hi all!!! How is everyone? Things are good here. Got my butt kicked at the gym tonight. I totally think of my trainer as a friend i just happen to pay to hang out  with me at the gym Hahahaha.

We had our safetly lunch at work today. If we go a quarter with no major inquiries thr company buys us lunch. Today they bbq’d and had some veggie burgers!!! Woot woot.

Tuesday catch-up

Hiiii!!!!! Sorry i know its been like a week so today will be a long catch-up post.

#1 big news i have surgery on my cyst October 23rd……two days before my half marathon so that is no more. Its ok though i am already registered for the seattle rock and roll half next year and have more plans in the making.

My gluten free co-worker turned me on to these. They have a seriously satisfying crunch and like no calories.

Drive to Idaho this weekend to visit a bestie……totally drove an hour the wrong way so i had to turn around and retrace my steps but i got a beautiful sunset in the country in return.

No food prep since i was out of town this weekend so lunch out it is.

Even though this half marathon is off for me i am still training and will keep working out. Had a 6am training appointment this morning. And after i recover from surgery i will keep training……now if i could just get my bf  to join in. To be fair he’s been working like 60-80 hour weeks the last  3 weeks.
